The ZYCOO CooVox U50 is an IP-PBX system designed to manage business communications over IP networks, providing a broad range of unified communications and call management features. The system supports up to 100 extensions and 30 concurrent calls, with up to 50 SIP/IMS trunks and 30 conference attendees. It provides advanced telephony functions including multi-level IVR, call queues, call forwarding, voicemail, call recording, and detailed call records. The CooVox U50 supports SIP and IAX2 protocols, a wide range of audio and video codecs, and network features such as IPv4, IPv6, VLAN, DHCP, PPPoE, and VPN. The system provides internal storage for call recordings and voicemail of up to 150 hours according to the product specifications, with expansion capability through EX16S expansion units depending on project requirements. Additional capabilities include multi-level user administration, automatic endpoint provisioning, voicemail-to-email, fax-to-email, WebRTC support, and network security and management features.
